How do I apply for a property?
Once you find a home you would like to lease, please apply online through our property management system, Findigs. -
How long are your leases?
All leases are in writing and normally cover a period of one year. -
Do I pay first month’s rent with my security deposit?
We normally collect your security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) upon signing of the lease agreement and your first month’s rent upon move in. If you should move in before or after the 1st of the month then a prorated rent will be applied to your second month's rent. -
When is my rent due?
Rent payments are due and must be received on or before the 1st of each month -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years of age to apply for one of our rental properties. Additionally, anyone over the age of 18 that will be regularly residing at the property must also apply. -
Where is my security deposit held?
All tenant security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing escrow account. -
Where do I pay rent?
You can pay rent online through our tenant portal system, or you may mail a check or money order to Pineywoods Realty 2023 W. Platt St. Tampa, FL 33606. -
Do you accept pets?
Pets are acceptable on a case by case basis, depending on the property and the landlord's preference. Please be advised that a $250 pet security deposit and a $35 per month pet fee would apply to each pet. -
How do I submit a maintenance request?
All maintenance requests should be submitted through our property management system, Appfolio, so they can be reviewed and assigned to the appropriate party/vendor in a timely manner.
